We offer telehealth and in-person sessions. Check to make sure your insurance covers telehealth to avoid any unexpected costs.

Deductible information:

We can not discount the cost of deductibles. This is a required cost that you agreed to pay when you enrolled in your insurance plan. Please check with your insurance to see if you have a deductible to avoid any unexpected costs.

Uncovered costs:

It is the patient’s responsibility to notify us of any insurance or address changes within 30 days of the change. Failure to do so may result in uncovered costs. It is the patient’s responsibility to pay any costs not covered due to failure to notify this office of updated information.

Massachusetts requires patients to have insurance. As a result, we do not accept private pay patients.
